Collaborate with management to develop innovative menu concepts that stand out. What We're Looking For Experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up. Proven ability to thrive in high-volume kitchens. Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring energy and inspire your team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of cost control, stock management, and HACCP compliance. Creative mindset with a passion for food and innovation.
