Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to join our EY FS Ireland team in Dublin. As a leader in technical project management, you will be responsible for delivering banking projects from inception to completion with high quality standards.
You will collaborate with solution architects, product owners, engineering and test leads to drive delivery. Your key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the successful completion of all major activities, tasks and deliverables pertaining to the requirement analysis and mapping stage.
* Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and tracking progress while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
* Overseeing the implementation, development and testing of Credit and/or Core Banking systems.
To qualify for this role, you must have 8+ years of strong experience in technical project management, with a focus on banking systems. You should also have knowledge and proven experience of working with IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC) majoring in Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will also have a strong understanding of banking applications, architecture, and industry regulations.
