Senior Product Designer – CEG (Bangkok – Based, Relocation Provided)
Join Agoda as a Senior Product Designer on the Customer Experience Group (CEG) team. In this role you will design and refine the core guest booking experience, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and cross‑functional partners. Your work will help create engaging, interactive experiences that serve an international audience.

Role in the CEG Team
The CEG supports booking‑related inquiries and is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey. As a designer on this team you will lead UX initiatives, balance business objectives with user needs, and champion consistent design across Agoda's products.
Key Responsibilities
* Run discovery phases and define product requirements.
* Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.
* Present work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in-person.
* Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands and squad meetings.
* Document your process and explain design decisions.
* Champion cohesion and consistency in UX across Agoda's growing suite of products.
* Lead strategically to implement experiences that represent the most customer‑centric intersection of design, business, content, and technology.
Qualifications & Experience
* 6‑8 years of experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products.
* History of leading discovery and ideation workshops and aligning teams around a vision.
* Strong track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys.
* System‑level thinking beyond individual interface elements.
* Proficient in soft skills: active listening, negotiation, decision‑making.
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
