**Job Title:** Development Team Assistant (Admin)

**Location:** Head Office – North West Of Dublin City

**Client:** Property Developer

**Team:** Development Department (Team of 5–6)

**Salary:** €50,000 – €60,000 (DOE) + Healthcare + Pension + 25 Days Annual Leave

**Reports To:** Director of Development

**Remote Work Policy:** Mainly office based, some flexibility around 1 day

**Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and personable Development Team Assistant (Admin) to provide full administrative and document support to a team of Development Managers and a Director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Development Team (4–5 Development Managers + Director).
* Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to development activity.
* Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and related documentation.
* Manage and organise digital and physical filing systems for documents, drawings, and correspondence.
* Support scheduling of meetings, preparing agendas, and minute-taking where required.
* Track development milestones and deadlines and assist with reporting requirements.
* Liaise regularly with other departments (legal, finance, design, site teams) to ensure smooth information flow.
* Maintain team calendars, coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and assist with ad hoc tasks.

**Requirements:

* 4+ years' experience in an administrative, PA, or document control role (property or construction background a plus).
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident liaising with multiple departments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly, helpful, and proactive approach – a natural team player.
