We are helping our clients to tackle their most difficult challenges by implementing SAP solutions that enable business transformation and deliver real value for our clients. We operate local and remote teams across multiple locations, we design and build global solutions with variations to meet local requirements, and we deploy these in ways that maximize value for our clients.You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.Your key responsibilitiesImplement SAP S/4HANA projects and programs that support business operationsDefining key project activities, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve project objectivesFollow and establishe project governance tools and methodologies for planning, executing, and monitoring of assigned project throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and DeployManage the execution of an integrated plan across multiple workstreams and teamsOversee, define, and monitor critical path activities and resolutionImplement and leads effective change management activities for impacted stakeholder communitiesProvides ongoing reporting of project performance to Director and stakeholder communitiesManaging risks, issues, priorities, and dependencies with clear communication of mitigation options to Director and project steering committeeLearning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagementsSenior stakeholder management and management of client expectationsSupporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, and facilitating external client eventsSkills and attributes for successStrong Project Management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring of data management projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwardsExperience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative environmentAbility to build strong client relationships and professional networksOutgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality outputBeing able to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approachTo qualify for the role, you must have:A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position7+ years’ experience delivering SAP projects in both internal and external client facing environmentsAt least 2 years' hands on experience leading SAP implementations in a consulting capacityProven experience in leading team planning for all project phasesStrong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approachSkilled in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organisational goalsProven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior level clientsAdept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring effective communication among stakeholdersIdeally, you will also have:Experience with full asset lifecycle management using EAM capabilities in S/4HANAWhat We Look For:We are looking for candidates who are:Innovativeandagile, with a purpose-driven mindset.Inclusiveand able to work effectively in diverse teams.Passionateabout technology and eager to learn and grow.Client-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.What working at EY offersWe offer a competitive remuneration package.
