Purpose of the Role: The post of Shift Leader CNM 2 has a pivotal role in coordination and management of activity and resources within the clinical area. The Shift Leader provides professional and clinical leadership within the Emergency Department, encouraging staff to develop clinical expertise for the benefit of staff and users of the service. Essential Criteria: RCN/RN Child branch with 5 years Post Graduate experience or RGN with 5 years paediatric experience Min. 3 years post-graduate experience within the Department of Emergency Medicine.
