Business Development Manager job - Cleaning & Facilities Management company.Dublin West - servicing Nationwide.Company overview:Our client is a growing cleaning company, and also the country's first subscription-based window cleaning service. They currently we have 23 staff and 18 vehicles.Role mission:To lead the growth in the company to become a Nationwide service, being the largest window & gutter cleaning company in each major city in Ireland. To aid the company in becoming the largest Home Services Group in Ireland. Our ultimate goal is to become a household name in all Facilities Management Services.Your Responsibilities:Managing the entire sales process from prospect to lead qualification, pricing, selling/negotiating, booking of job and follow-up.Coordinating with internal teams & management.Marketing and brand awarenessLiaising with management to find or create the most appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements.Proactively reaching potential customers by phone, in person, researching about them using secondary sources, presenting our innovative company offering, converting and generating new sales.Setting up and optimising sales processes targeting lead conversion effectiveness to push them down the funnel.Organising and managing customer databases, by keeping all customer and leads information up to date and providing reporting on relevant KPIsDelivering first-class customer service throughout the entire process.Tracking customer satisfaction via surveys, identifying and addressing sources of dissatisfaction by optimising solutions and incorporating feedback.Skills, Knowledge and Experience:You'll have a high entrepreneurial drive, curiosity, and an eagerness to innovate and disrupt existing sales models. Learning and research around sales & marketing, outside of the training given.You'll be confident leading inbound and outbound sales campaigns.Dealing with multichannel inbound queries, as phone, social media, webchat, and emails.Dealing with large service & client databases and working to a high level of organization.High-level Microsoft Office user – particularly Excel.You'll be a confident self-starter, with proactive communication.The role will suit an experienced sales specialist. Exposure to facililities management is an advantage.
