Medical Secretaries
to join their busy, state-of-the-art clinic in Ballsbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced medical secretaries to develop their careers in one of Ireland's most prestigious practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage consultant diaries and clinic schedules with precision and efficiency
* Handle all communication with patients pre and post appointment
* Maintain surgical schedules and liaise with hospital partners
* Process reports at the close of each clinic
* Reconcile patient payments using clinic systems (iMedDoc experience desirable but not essential)
* Provide administrative support including typing, filing, and records management
* Assist with basic accounts and stock control
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum
1 year's experience
as a Medical Secretary (essential)
* Salary is strong, and is DOE - with more experience, the hourly rate increases
* Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong IT skills; experience with
iMedDoc
is desirable but not essential
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional telephone manner and patient-focused approach
* Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn new skills
* Ability to demonstrate initiative, reliability, and discretion at all times
