Job Objectives
We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to contribute to training, practices, and goals that promote a high-performance culture focused on employee empowerment, quality, productivity, and continuous development of our workforce. Daily responsibilities include:
* Living our Mission, Vision, and Values
* Implementing reporting mechanisms, especially Incident/Accident reports
* Following up on new cases after one month
* Liaising with families for case setup
* Communicating effectively with the Care Manager
* Working with the Care Manager to ensure policies and standards are met
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with Service Users and families
* Demonstrating reliability and flexibility
* Maintaining professionalism and respect for Service Users and colleagues
* Adhering to confidentiality policies
* Deputising for the Care Manager when needed
* Participating in INA’s as requested
* Completing staff supervision
* Participating in Out of Hours Emergency Roster
* Conducting sales-related communications with HSE/TUSLA

Skills and Requirements
Qualification: Level 7/8 Degree or working towards a Degree in Social Studies; minimum entry is 2nd Year Student.
Knowledge: Understanding of relevant standards and legislation.
Experience: At least 1 year in a busy team environment.
