Senior Implementation Consultant - 4 Day Work Week (US Projects) Dublin (Hybrid - only 2 days per month) | €70,000-€80,000 + bonus & benefits Work 4 days, enjoy 3-day weekends - every week. You'll lead complex ERP/Finance system implementations for US clients, working flexible hours (10am-8pm or 12pm-10pm), and in return enjoy a 4-day working week option. What You'll Do Lead full lifecycle implementations: discovery ? design ? configuration ? data migration ? UAT ? go-live. Configure ERP/Finance systems, build data maps, and manage integrations. Troubleshoot APIs and use SQL for analysis/data work. Deliver training and confidently handle stakeholders (often Finance/AP). Mentor less experienced consultants in your delivery pod. What You'll Bring Hands-on experience delivering complex, integration-heavy implementations. Strong client-facing skills, able to "own the room" with senior stakeholders. Technical competence: SQL (read/write) + API understanding. ERP/Finance exposure: Sage Intacct, SAP, NetSuite, Sage, or similar. Comfortable working US-aligned hours (10am-8pm or 12pm-10pm Irish time). Nice to Have Prior US client delivery experience. Background in AP, Payroll, or HRIS systems. Scale-up or fast-growth experience. Track record of mentoring/leading junior consultants.
