We are looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to carry out administrative duties and to provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for our patients in our Drogheda location. This part‑time role requires 2‑3 days a week, including evenings and one weekend a month, and focuses on thorough follow‑up communications and achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Diary Management: Schedule appointments, assist patients with queries via phone, messages and email, and back‑fill any cancellations using the patient priority list.
* Patient Communication: Make calls, maintain message and email inboxes; deliver 5-star customer service by welcoming patients, checking them in, ensuring a safe and enjoyable visit, and assisting with check‑out.
* Team Support: Cover for absent team members, provide flexibility with annual leave, and occasionally cover an alternative location; travel and accommodation expenses are covered when necessary.
* Ordering & Stock: Keep the clinic clean and well stocked; complete stock takers and provide order requirements to the manager.
* Policies & Safety: Uphold all policies and procedures, including PPE usage, team relations, and GDPR compliance.
* AD‑HOC: Perform duties around opening and closing the clinic and other reasonable tasks assigned.

Experience & Education

* Clinic experience an advantage.
* Experience with KPI’s desirable.
* Education: Leaving Certificate; Medical Admin/Dental Nursing qualification an advantage.
