The Role
We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Adventure Sales & Marketing Executive to manage bookings, drive sales, and help us share our unique experiences with more people. This is your chance to make a real difference in a dynamic, fun, and growing business.
What you'll do:
* Manage and grow bookings for schools, corporate groups, and sports clubs
* Create and run marketing campaigns to attract new clients
* Expand our corporate and sports team-building programmes
* Build strong relationships with schools, clubs, and organisations
* Help with weekly staff scheduling to keep things running smoothly
* Spot new business opportunities and share your ideas for growth
* Represent Derg Isle with professionalism and enthusiasm
About You:
* Energetic, proactive, and sales-focused
* Confident communicator with excellent people skills
* Passionate about the outdoors and adventure experiences
* Organised and able to work independently
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a bonus
