Project Coordinator
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project schedules for successful project delivery. You will coordinate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the project team and stakeholders in managing schedules for successful project delivery.
* Coordinate with project teams/trades on scope and create detailed/micro schedules to forecast and prioritize near-term actions in accordance with the overall plan.
* Determine reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with task owners and/or teams.
* Evaluate critical and near-critical path activity sequences. Coordinate and facilitate review sessions with all stakeholders.
* Assist in creating and maintaining earned value progress measurement for the C&Q project phase.
* Identify schedule gaps, changes, and trends that will enhance the team's ability to control the project.
* Resource Load and Level critical schedule phases for realistic timeline analysis.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Pharmaceutical experience is essential. Bio-Pharmaceutical experience is advantageous.
* An understanding of typical construction sequencing and logic.
* The ability to critique and challenge schedules.
* In-depth knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office applications.
