We're recruiting for a growing insurance team in Dublin 15, supporting a busy commercial division. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building broker relationships, managing renewals, and developing their technical knowledge in commercial lines.
Hybrid -after probation
Salary: €33,000 - €40,000
Company: They work closely with broker partners nationwide
You'll join a busy commercial team responsible for managing a portfolio of SME and mid‑market clients. Your focus will be on renewals, retention, and delivering an excellent service to broker partners. You'll work closely with your team leader and colleagues to ensure targets are met and that brokers receive a smooth, professional experience.
Fleet insurance experience is a strong advantage but it's not essential. If you have a solid grounding in commercial lines and the right attitude, you'll be set up for success.
About the role:
Manage a portfolio of commercial renewals and support retention and rate‑increase targets
Build strong, long‑term relationships with broker partners
Handle day‑to‑day broker queries with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional products
Your profile:
Experience in commercial insurance (Fleet experience is a bonus but not required)
APA qualified or at least two insurance exams completed
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with brokers
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to prioritise workload and stay organised under pressure
