**The Role**
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing a portfolio of customers, leading from the front, and executing business objectives.
This role requires a highly motivated individual who is dynamic, adaptable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with the sales team and wider team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Drive daily customer engagement through in-person meetings, phone calls, email, and CRM management
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while winning new customers
• Ensure project deliverables are met by monitoring production team and suppliers
• Identify leads from multiple sources and manage daily activities
• Perform other tasks as required by management

**Key Requirements**
• Experience in the Print industry (Design, Promotional Products, Signage, Events, Marketing materials) is an advantage
• At least 3 years experience in a similar B2B role with a track record of delivering results
• Strong relationship building skills with responsiveness, integrity, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, phone manner, and customer focus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites and data extraction
