This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the setup and breakdown of conference rooms, banquet halls, and event spaces.
Ensure all areas are prepared according to client specifications and event standards.
Provide food and beverage service during conferences, banquets, and special events.
Support guests with any queries and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the event.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and event coordination teams to ensure smooth service.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements: Previous experience in a conference, banqueting, or hospitality environment is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team and under pressure.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Full eligibility to work in Ireland (valid work permit, if required).
