We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to oversee the end-to-end payroll process for our temporary agency staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all stages of the payroll process, including timesheets, gross pay calculations, final payroll runs, reporting, and post-payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in overseeing the full payroll cycle, from data inputs and approvals to final payroll runs.
* Ensure deadlines are met across all stages of the payroll process.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all data inputs and approvals are received on time and are accurate.
* Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the payroll process and flag them for improvement.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also support business continuity, act as deputy in managing payroll processing, and maintain a client-focused service ethos.
