Job Description
Your Role:
1. Maximise turnover to exceed targets and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
2. Manage and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
5. Equip team members with the tools and knowledge to meet business objectives.
6. Manage presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock according to Head Office directives.
7. Stay aware of current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and monitor local competitors.
8. Drive and deliver KPIs.
9. Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's responsibilities.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
1. Previous retail experience in the premium sector is preferred.
2. Exceptional people management skills with strong leadership and motivation abilities.
3. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and sales data.
5. High brand awareness and product knowledge.
6. Knowledge of the local area.
