Job Description Key Responsibilities: * Take ownership of cost management across multiple projects from tender through to final account. * Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts for review by senior management. * Lead subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations, and contract awards. * Oversight of subcontractor and supplier payments in line with agreed terms and company procedures is required as well as support to junior members of the commercial team where necessary.
