Main Purpose of the Job Biosynth Biologics Division in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented science graduate to join our team as a Sales Account Manager.
The role will initially be for six months, leading to a full-time contract for the successful candidate.
This is an office-based role.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and growing existing accounts as well as developing new prospect accounts.
Role and Responsibilities Key objective is to help grow the Biologics Division business according to company targets.Maintain and grow existing accounts through provision of product information/quotations and pursuit of purchase orders and supply agreements where appropriate.Develop and manage new accounts.Liaise with supply partners, including pricing negotiations and contract discussions.Research new products and identify potential supply partners and markets.Liaise with the order processing team to ensure all orders are processed accurately and promptly.Maintain detailed records using CRM.Provide customers with after-sales support, including technical support when required.Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to address customer inquiries effectively.Handle sales-related administration, e.g., raising product codes, lot numbers, and liaising with the QC team to generate product datasheets and certificates of analysis.Support senior sales team members as required.Adhere to company procedures as defined by its ISO 13485 system.Requirements Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a life sciences field is required.Additional education or experience in business or a related field is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organized, systematic, and precise.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable.Experience or knowledge related to the diagnostics or life sciences industry is an advantage.Proficiency in SAP or similar software for order management is beneficial but not essential.Experience with CRM and M-Files software is beneficial but not essential.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with education in a life sciences field seeking a career in a more commercial, customer-focused role.
