Our Client:
Our client is a highly regarded Architectural practice with offices across Ireland. They have a track record in the Commercial, Residential, Education & Hospitality Sectors to name a few.
They have been in business for over a decade, and can draw on a significant client book currently with a strong pipeline of work ahead of them.
The Role:
Our client is setting up a new Studio in Dublin in Q1 and looking to bring in someone to establish and manage this office in Dublin 6.
This is seen as a strategic hire by the client and pivotal to their plans for growth. There is scope for equity in the business in the medium term for the right candidate.
Suitable candidates should be comfortable display an aptitude for business development and client management, a capacity to grow and manage teams, and the ability to take responsibility for overall
resource management within their area.
Required Background:
* A relevant degree in Architecture or similar
* Ideally registered with the RIAI
* 12+ years' experience in the industry
* Thorough knowledge of the Irish market
* Prior experience in Business Development & Client Management
* Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Should be comfortable reporting into the Board
