About The Role
Purpose:
* To carry out the day to day operations of the Bar smoothly.
* Handling guest queries, complaints, or issues professionally and discreetly.
* Ensure the area is reset to the required standard for the following day's event.
* Coordinating the close-down of the bar.
* To be flexible in working late evenings.
* Efficiently ensure standards, guest satisfaction and expectations are met or exceeded at all times.
