Job Title: Bakery Assistant - Machine LineReports to: Bakery production leadRole Purpose:To support the smooth running of the bakery production line by operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are produced efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor bakery production line machinery.Assist with dough preparation, baking, and packaging as required.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.Carry out regular quality checks on products.Report any faults, breakdowns, or safety issues to the supervisor.Work as part of a team to meet production targets.Skills & Qualities:Good attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Team player with good communication skills.Willingness to learn and follow instructions.Basic mechanical understanding (advantage but not essential).Working Hours:We are looking for 2 Bakery AssistantsShiftMonday - Friday 09.00pm-18.00pmShiftMonday - Friday 11.00pm-20.00pm
