2. GETTING TO KNOW RESIDENT INTERESTS AND NEEDS - Developing strong relationships with residents is essential in this role. You will take the time to understand their interests, preferences, and requirements, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
3. PROMOTING MOBILITY OF RESIDENTS - Our aim is to empower residents to maintain or improve their physical mobility. As a healthcare assistant, you will play a key role in promoting resident mobility through activities such as assisting with transfers, facilitating exercise programs, and encouraging independence.
