Hotel Night Porter Job Description
The Moxy Dublin Hotel is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Night Porter to join their Front Office team. As a key member of the hotel's operational team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the night shift run smoothly and efficiently.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
* Greeting and assisting guests in a warm and friendly manner.
* Answering queries and making arrangements for guests, relating to transportation, restaurant reservations, interesting places to visit, cultural events, childcare, shopping, and any other needs.
* Providing directions to meetings and events within the hotel as well as explaining the hotel facilities.
Candidates must be fully flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Guest Service Porter in Dublin is preferred and you must hold a full clean driving permit.
