We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join Elecnor’s Energy Division for projects based in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Review and adaptation of electrical engineering designs.
Supervision of electrical equipment installation.
Development of commissioning procedures.
Execution of commissioning tasks, including primary and secondary testing in coordination with the client.
Technical meetings with manufacturers and suppliers.
Direct liaison and meetings with the end client.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in substation commissioning.
Technical Skills:
Configuration, settings, and wiring parameters for Low, Medium, and High Voltage (LV/MV/HV).
Verification and testing of analog and digital interlocks/blocking systems.
Protection relay testing and curve analysis.
Testing of High Voltage primary equipment.
Language: Intermediate/High level of English.
Highly Valued: Experience in the commissioning of Synchronous Condensers.
