 
        
        Key Responsibilities:
 * Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with Sage 50 accounting software.
 * Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with Irish tax regulations, guaranteeing timely submission and accurate data.
 * Process payroll using Thesaurus Payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and maintaining employee satisfaction.
 * Support senior management with strategic financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to inform business decisions.
 * Reconcile bank accounts, manage cash flow, and oversee accounts payable/receivable processes for efficient operation.
 * Liaise with auditors and tax advisors during year-end and compliance reviews to maintain a smooth audit process.
Requirements:
 * ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification is essential.
 * A minimum of two years' experience in an accounting role, preferably within a dynamic finance team.
 * Proficiency in Sage 50 and Thesaurus Payroll is required, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
 * Strong understanding of VAT and payroll compliance, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changing regulations.
 * Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
