We are seeking a highly skilled Depositary Oversight Officer to join our Investment Monitoring Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fund investment restrictions and providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage an investment monitoring team members in their review of all fund types to ensure compliance with the funds' investment restrictions.
2. Discuss any exceptions identified with clients in a timely manner.
3. Ensure timely and proper completion of tasks by team members.
4. Review and comment on draft prospectuses and financial statements.
The most critical part is dealing properly with conflicts that arise within investments from independent businesses.
