Business Development Executive
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our Limerick team. As part of the cregg-group, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the market and delivering high-end engineering and design solutions.
The Role:
* Develop industry sector knowledge through research and analysis.
* Provide customers with proven solutions to address their business issues, leveraging technical expertise.
* Deliver active discussion and debate on opportunities for improving business processes.
* Work with customers on manufacturing improvement and design projects.
* Proactively create and develop your own pipeline of opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Leverage effective sales processes to drive growth and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with internal departments to achieve strategic plans and marketing campaigns.
* Support account management and develop strong relationships with customers.
* Communicate effectively at all levels, including C-level executives.
* Become a trusted adviser and business partner for customers.
Requirements:
* Industry knowledge in Engineering, Automation or relevant discipline.
* Minimum 1-2 years experience selling technical or business solutions.
* Strong initiative for sales with proactive approach to inbound and outbound selling.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits.
