Key Responsibilities
Manage all daily site operations
Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure efficiency and quality
Coordinate deliveries, plant, and material logistics
Conduct site inspections, enforce safety and quality standards
Liaise with architects, engineers, and the Project Manager
Monitor programme and resolve site issues proactively
Requirements
Experience managing residential housing projects
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and resolve issues on site
High attention to quality and construction standards
Knowledge of H&S and construction regulations
