Warehouse Lead Job Profile
Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is a single source supplier and solutions provider to customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Lead to join our busy team in Leixlip, Kildare.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent level of customer support with all customers calling to the stores
* Provide support to external drivers, and colleagues operating within the stores
* Oversee the efficient operation of the stores
* Provide inventory management in the best overall economic interest of the company
* Oversee daily and monthly inventory counts
* Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves, or enters warehouse without the necessary paperwork
* Provide additional oversight to the maintenance of equipment
* Determine the storage location of products
* Oversee and participate in the receiving, shipping and storing of inventory items
* Ensure that all parts are in stock, maintain proper inventory
* Ensure that the stores meet all Health & Safety requirements
* Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, safe and secure condition
* Ensure all housekeeping duties are
* Make recommendations regarding proper storage, inventory and stores procedures and improvements in stores efficiency
Skills & Experience
* Ability to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook
* Previous experience in a customer facing role
* Possess the leadership skills to effectively lead warehouse team
* Knowledge or experience in cleanroom consumables
* Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, EPJ, sacker, pallet jack, and other equipment as required
* Excellent attention to detail
