Job Title: Executive Culinary Specialist

The role of Executive Culinary Specialist involves overseeing the culinary aspects of a high-volume kitchen, ensuring exceptional food preparation and presentation. Working closely with senior chefs, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards consistently.

* Manage your section efficiently, focusing on quality, portion control, and consistency.

* Support senior chefs in menu planning and ingredient preparation.

* Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP regulations.

* Develop and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

* Exceptional culinary skills, including knowledge of modern cooking techniques.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

* Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Prior experience with HACCP and relevant culinary qualifications is preferred.
