Education & Training Specialist
Belong To's Education and Training team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to coordinate the delivery of LGBTQ+ inclusive education programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the team, supporting the Director of Education, Training & Community Practice, and contributing to the organisation's goals.
The role requires strong programme management and delivery skills, as well as experience in training delivery and facilitation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders. A full driving license and IT competency are also essential.
As a key member of the Education and Training team, you will play a critical role in achieving Belong To's vision for a world where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) young people are safe to shine and can confidently shape their own futures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the team and carry out personal client work with schools and alternative education spaces on an annual basis.
* Coordinate all programme logistics, including recruitment, training delivery, travel, and accreditation.
* Assess the effectiveness of the programme and determine its impact against agreed KPIs.
* Track programme expenditure.
