Job Overview
The Residential Operations Director will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential facilities.
* To achieve this, you will oversee all areas to ensure they are well-maintained and in good working order.
* You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
* This includes managing and training a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service delivery.
* In addition, you will be accountable for monitoring and controlling departmental expenses.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure bedrooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard.
* Lead and train the housekeeping team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of cleanliness.
* Manage stock control, ordering and inventory to ensure that our facilities are well-equipped and efficient.
* Monitor and document cleaning activities and report any damage or issues promptly.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience in residential operations or a similar role is required.
* Excellent leadership skills and attention to detail are essential.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service is crucial.
