Job Title:

Business Development Specialist

Job Summary

A seasoned sales and marketing professional is required to drive revenue growth and develop business strategies for a prominent client in Limerick.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and create new business opportunities.
* Showcase properties and facilities at tourism events and trade shows nationally and internationally.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Manage and analyze sales reports, targets, and KPIs to inform business decisions.
* Familiarity with GDS, online booking engines, and room revenue platforms.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing management within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
* Relevant qualification in marketing or business is considered an advantage.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
