About This Role
* Consulting on technical due diligence: We are looking for someone who can provide expert consultancy on technical due diligence for acquisitions and investments.
* Partnering with various teams: The successful candidate will partner with various teams to understand technologies, policies, and architectures of target companies.
* Assessing alignment with company policies: You will assess alignment with our policies and identify gaps.
* Driving the technical workstream: You will drive the technical workstream during integration planning.
