BCL Legal is partnering with a leading commercial law firm in Dublin that's seeking to appoint a Real Estate Associate to join its growing property practice. You’ll be joining a highly regarded real estate team that advises major domestic and international clients across sectors including development, banking, logistics, retail, and technology. The work spans a broad range of commercial property matters, from large-scale acquisitions and disposals to investment, leasing, and financing transactions.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including investment, development, and leasing work.
* Supporting large-scale corporate and finance transactions involving real estate assets.
* Working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
* Collaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
* Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
* Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
* Confident managing transactions and engaging directly with clients.
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
* Commercially astute and proactive in approach.
* Keen to develop your career within a progressive, high‑performing team.
