Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications And/ Or Experience
Candidates must have at the latest date of application: -
* Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc
* Significant experience of working at senior management level, within a corporate or service planning or business planning role and / or function within a large scale multi stakeholder environment, as relevant to the role.
* Proven ability in developing and implementing plans at a strategic and operational level.
* A track record of delivering significant change in a complex multi stakeholder environment, as relevant to this role.
* Experience of managing and working collaboratively cross functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders in pursuing the objectives of the organisation, as relevant to this role.
* A proven ability to develop, manage and deliver effective programmes of work, both through themselves and through others.
* Significant health sector management experience which should include financial and staff management
* Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
* A relevant qualification, with a minimum of a primary degree, in a healthcare or clinical field.
