Job Title:Communications ManagerContract: 11 MonthsLocation:Fully Onsite - DublinJob OverviewWe are seeking an experiencedCommunications Managerto lead communications in Ireland for a multinational technology organisation, with additional support across key UK initiatives.This role will oversee all proactive communications in Ireland, manage reactive issues and crisis activity, and contribute to priority campaigns across business and AI narratives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners across Policy, Legal, Marketing and external agency teams, as well as regional and global communications colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the communications lead for IrelandLead proactive communications and manage reactive media enquiries and issuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with tier-one Irish mediaWork closely with cross-functional partners and global communications teamsManage external agency support for proactive announcements and campaignsSupport UK communications priorities as required, including AI and business narrativesDeliver priority AI campaigns across Q1 and Q2Measure and report on communications performanceRequirementsProven experience working within the Irish media landscape, ideally in technology or high-profile consumer brandsExperience managing or working with external communications agenciesStrong cross-functional collaboration and project management experienceAbility to understand complex global policies and translate them into clear local messagingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong judgement and ability to prioritise in fast-paced environmentsNon-NegotiablesExperience in a similar communications roleLarge-scale project management experienceBackground in a multinational technology or government environmentDesirableExperience in AI or emerging technologiesStrong senior stakeholder management skills
