We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join our team in County Offaly.
This is a key leadership role within a busy, well-established pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the dispensary, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all aspects of workflow, stock, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the dispensary
* Take full ownership of the claims process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
* Manage ordering and stock control, maintaining optimal inventory levels
* Coordinate and support dispensary staff, providing guidance and oversight where needed
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Deliver on agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with an associated bonus structure
Requirements
* Qualified Pharmacy Technician, with at least 3+ years' experience in a dispensary role
* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of the HSE claims system and stock control processes
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* A team player with a proactive and responsible approach to work
