As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel. This role involves coordinating the hotel's activities during scheduled shifts, managing and motivating staff to maintain high productivity levels, and delivering exceptional guest services to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

1. Coordinate Hotel Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel during scheduled shifts.

4. Customer Service: Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
