Job Description:
In this role, you will provide critical support to our nursing home and assisted living facilities, helping to deliver exceptional patient care and services. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting patients with their personal needs, promoting independence and dignity
* Collaborating with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication
* Carrying out tasks as directed by management, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you must hold a QQI Level 5 Certificate in Healthcare, with experience in care of the elderly and care skills. Valid certificates for safeguarding vulnerable adults, infection control, and patient manual handling are also required. Strong knowledge of HIQA standards is essential.
