Residential Lettings Negotiator
to join their expanding Dublin team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing your own portfolio
of residential lettings from instruction through to completion.
* Showcasing properties
– conducting viewings, advising on presentation, and ensuring best-in-class marketing.
* Negotiating deals
– securing lets, maintaining occupancy, and delivering results.
* Building relationships
– engaging confidently with investors, landlords, and tenants.
* Providing insights
– analysing lettings performance and advising on rental strategies.
* Looking ahead
– contributing to the review and advice process for new-build PRS developments across Dublin.
What We're Looking For
* A
PSRA Licence 'C'
and a
property-related qualification
.
* 2+ years' Dublin lettings experience
– strong local market knowledge is essential.
* A
full driving licence and car
for appointments.
* Confidence and energy
to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent
people skills
– strong communication and relationship-building.
* Organisation and attention to detail
– ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
* Solid understanding of
PRTB regulations
and
landlord/tenant legislation
