Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of part-time administrative assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our CEO, handling administrative duties, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, including invoice processing, banking, and payments.
* Maintain accurate records for tax return preparation.
* Manage incoming correspondence, including post, calls, and emails.
* Be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries.

* Demonstrated maturity in handling sensitive information and situations.
* Ability to adapt to varying tasks and priorities.
* Proficiency in finance or bookkeeping practices.
