Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manager, R&D to drive sales growth through the development of new products from concept through product launch and commercialization.
This individual will be responsible for executing a robust talent acquisition strategy by attracting, developing, retaining, and engaging top talent while driving personal/professional growth of individuals, the team, and delivering high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive.
* Execute a talent acquisition plan to attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent.
* Develop a culture of innovation and provide leadership, technical direction, and oversight to product development teams.
* Lead projects and initiatives within the business unit, with responsibility for planning, budgeting, meeting project goals, and adequately staffing with talent.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or an applicable technical field, with 6+ years of applicable experience and 0+ years of direct people management experience preferred.
