This role involves analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to drive data-backed decisions on pricing, promotions, and product offerings.The specialist will be responsible for writing and enhancing product pages using SEO best practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams — including Marketing, UX, and Customer Service — to improve product visibility and customer experience. Additional responsibilities include managing price changes, product redirects, new product launches, and variations to maintain an optimized and competitive online catalog.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Execution & Product DevelopmentImplement the Category Manager's strategy, ensuring all product and assortment updates align with business objectives.Develop detailed product briefs to support new product creation and category expansion.Write compelling, accurate product descriptions in line with brand guidelines and customer expectations.Operational Execution of Category PlansExecute category updates including new product launches, product removals, and assortment changes.Ensure all product updates are delivered accurately and on time.Product Setup & OptimizationManage product setup, ensuring accuracy in pricing, variations, and redirects.Optimize product pages with enhanced content, visuals, and SEO best practices to maximize conversion.Collaborate with UX and digital teams to improve product discoverability and presentation.Execution Monitoring & TroubleshootingIdentify and resolve operational issues related to product setup, pricing, or category updates.Regularly review product listings to ensure accuracy and a seamless customer experience.Support the Lead Category Operations in identifying and resolving execution roadblocks.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with the Category Manager and Category Operations Lead to deliver category strategies.Collaborate with internal teams (Trading, Acquisition, CRM, Design, and Category Research) to align content, promotions, and category updates.Data Accuracy & ReportingTrack key operational KPIs and ensure category execution is aligned with business goals.Identify gaps or inconsistencies in product setup and report to the Category Operations Lead.Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Key Requirements:Native-level proficiency in French, with strong skills in writing, editing, and localization.2+ years' experience in content creation and execution, ideally within an online or e-commerce environment.Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and editorial accuracy.Proficiency with CMS platforms, Excel, and AI-based tools for content production and efficiency.
