This hybrid role will be based in the Cork City office. The role is part-time and will be 22.5 hours per week.As an Administrator, you can expect your duties to include;Providing general administrative support.Providing support to the Senior Tax Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the income tax compliance function.Liaising with Tax Partners and management on the monthly invoicing requirements and assisting with raising invoices on the internal CRM system.Communicating with clients in a timely and professional manner.Working with Tax Partners and management to keep client lists up to date and assisting with onboarding and offboarding of clients.Providing adhoc administrative tasks as required.What we are looking for:Prior administration experience working in an office environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional manner.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.A good level of IT literacy with MS Office experience.Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with good initiative.Please apply today as we would love to have a chat with you and tell you why a move to Crowleys DFK is step up in your careerJob Types: Part-time, PermanentExpected hours: 22.5 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee assistance programFlexitimePrivate medical insuranceSick payWellness programApplication question(s):How many years of administration experience do you have?Do you currently have legal authorisation to work in Ireland (e.g valid work permit, residency, or citizenship)What is your salary expectation?Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cork, CO.
