About the Role
Perform Recruitment is currently seeking a Fully Qualified Electrician on behalf of our client, a well-renowned food manufacturing company based in Drogheda. Key Responsibilities
* Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and plant systems.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimise downtime.
* Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and internal safety standards.
* Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to support daily operations.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns and diagnose faults efficiently.
Requirements
* Fully qualified electrician with valid trade certification (e.g., QQI Level 6, Electrical National Craft Certificate).
* Strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments, ideally in food production.
* Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and fault-finding.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
