Caribou is hiring Busy bar and lunch spot in Dublin 2. We are looking to hire two experienced, reliable CDPs with a keen interest in food and a good attitude.
Role Overview:
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard, and in maintaining consistency.
We are only open for lunch service 12 pm-4:30 pm, 7 days per week. Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
* Assist with menu development and specials.
* Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
* Work efficiently to manage prep and service in a busy environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
* Passion for cooking and high standards of food presentation.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work weekends, and public holidays as required.
