Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of health and safety protocols, as well as excellent communication skills.
* Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
* Develop, review, and update safety documentation, including Safety Statements, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.
* Provide expert advice and training to client management and staff on health and safety best practices.
* Audit client sites to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Collaborate with clients to implement and maintain effective safety management systems, such as ISO 45001.
* Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent clients during inspections or audits.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive safety across all client sites.
